I have not had any Instant Ink cartridges to replace empties for some time ( a couple of months at least).

I am desperate to print something out and bought 301 cartridges (genuine HP) as a stop gap, but the printer returns: Ink Cartridge Failure.

Please send me some cartridges that work.

Is the printer enrolled in Instant Ink?

For now, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue with the error.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
