No HP Instant Ink 5 Months Free Trial

I've just setup my printer and signed up to instant ink, the advertised 5 months free trial is no where to be seen, no free trial is showing on my account at all. I bought it from curry's and their website states the 5 months free on this printer and the box it came in confirms this. Can anyone help?
