The printer is enrolled in Instant Ink and has plenty of pages available.
PROBLEM: Will not print from MS Word - Print queue in Windows states no ink/toner.
HOWEVER:
Ink supply is v. high (This is a new printer and has printed about a dozen pages)
Printer console shows ready.
HP Smart App shows ready.
WILL print Word doc from USB port on printer.
WILL print pdf from HP Smart App.
Computer and Printer are connected to network router via Ethernet cable. Switching to wireless does not solve problem.
Cold booting the computer does not solve problem.
Completely cycling printer power does not solve problem.
"HP print and scan doctor" has not identified a problem.
