I've been subscribed to Instant Ink service for over 2 years and the first time my printer ran out of ink was today and no ink cartridge was sent out in time to prevent this extreme inconvenience. There doesn't appear to be ANY way to get in touch with someone to get help for this matter and have cartridges shipped out to me.

The last time I was sent ink was over 2 years ago and now that my printer is out of ink, there is no cartridge on the way and no identifiable way to get in touch with you to have one sent out to me. The dashboard shows my printer is connected to it, but says my ink levels are fine when they are very obviously NOT. I've been paying monthly for this service for years, and have gotten NOTHING for it.
