Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, I bought this printer about a year or so ago. I've only just had need of actually setting it up and using it. It didn't have any setup ink cartridges in with it even though it said there should be cartridges in it. So I ordered the 304 inks it takes but it won't print anything and keeps asking for the setup cartridges. Help please, am I able to temporarily bypass this as I have an urgent document to print...? Thanks x

@tanithking, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

We will have to perform a reset to bypass the use of setup inks. I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
