Printer won’t print black. Instant ink says cartridge full but it seems empty. Customer service is maddeningly circular and there is no way to reorder the black ink. Customer service said they could not help as systems were down. A case reference was created which again goes to nowhere. Help!!! At this point I want to send this useless contraption back!

Please read this post then provide some details. What printer model? Are there any error messages on the printer or computer screen?
To get replacement Instant Ink cartridges go to the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower center of the opening screen. Alternately, you can click on the Virtual Assistant. When the assistant opens type "Where is my ink?" (w/o the quotes). The system will ask a few questions and then schedule your shipment.
