My HP ENVY 4502 is nearly out of tri-color ink.  The website says that a replacement was shipped on December 05, 2020 and should arrive in 10 business days.

 

Tomorrow is the 10th business day, and I still haven't received a replacement cartridge.  The tracking information says "not available yet" so I can't even tell if the cartridge has been shipped and/or when I should expect it.

 

The Virtual Assistant is useless as it keeps directing me to  the website for tracking information -- the lack of which is the problem!

 

Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?

I was able to contact HP Instant Ink Customer Support by 'phone, they verified that there was a problem (no tracking number = no shipment), and they shipped a cartridge to me...  it arrived the day before my printer ran out of tri-color ink. 

 

I have no idea why the first cartridge 'shipment' was not made.

Can you let me know the hp support phone number you called regarding the missing cartridges?

I'm having the same problem with the missing tracking number for cartridges I should have received 2 weeks ago.

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges.  Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.

I called the Customer Service number at  *bleep* and requested Instant Ink Support and was transferred to an agent.
