No cateidges for 5 months hp keeps charging

Hi I received my first catridges in May and since then I haven't received anymore, however they keep charging me every month, I don't print often I just don't understand why they keep charging me.

The Instant Ink subscription is not a "free monthly ink" service.

Instant Ink is a Print-by-page subscription model.

When the printer notifies the service that you need ink, the service will send what is needed.

What??
