While I understand that HP would really like to have me sign up for a monthly charge to buy their ink by promising to give me 6 months of free ink, they make it absolutely impossible to find the code/PIN required for the "free" part.  I've looked on the internet for solutions and found none that work.  Using the code on the little piece of cardboard inside the ink cartridge door did not work for me.  If they were honestly going to offer a perk for buying their product, they could at least give us the ability to follow through and sign up for it.  And, strangely enough, their happy little application to enroll in the service will no longer allow me to delete my billing information.  I can skip the "free" ink offer.   But, they already have my billing information.   What an amazing way to "legitimately" steal my information without following through on their promise.  I bought the printer today.  Not impressed.  They could have put the code on the flyer or at least have told us where to find it.  If that's their idea of "customer service", I'm sorely disappointed!
