The whole point of the service is to not think about ink. But it’s been ages since my print ran out of color ink, and I haven’t received any new cartridges. It’s the holidays now, and even after chatting with customer service, I still haven’t received any ink! It’s been 3 weeks since I chatted with customer service.
Also, what’s up with not providing an support email address for instant ink customers? As a working parent of two toddlers, who has time to wait around for chat or phone? I had to do it on my vacation.
Just awful service.
If this happens to you. Don’t expect a refund either. They’ll make up some excuse that it’s your fault you didn’t use all your cartridges they sent. As if!
