Hello, I'm French but I'll try to do my best to explain my problem in English 😉

Since I've put my first coloured Instant Ink cartridge I can't print in colour.

I've done all the virtual agent told me except erasing my printer so as to reconfigure/reinstate it because I'm wondering if I can do it without loosing my 4 months for free in Instant Ink

Thanks a lot for your future help !
