Hi,

 

despite having plenty of ink and a HP subscriber I can’t get any help with my issue; printer only printing in black, no colour. Tried all methods prescribed from HP but still the issue persists.

Thanks for the reply. Everything up to date and printer working fine except no colour even though there is plenty of ink. Prints black okay. I’ve tried all the cleaning methods advised but nothing changes. Annoying as I’m paying for a print plan but can’t print!

Hi, any chance you or someone from HP could respond? I’m stick with a non-printing printer and paying HP a service plan I can’t use! Really poor and no one to actually speak to!

I have the same problem despite cleaning my cartridges.   The black print quality isn't great either.  Sandy can you please also help me??  It is urgent.
