No free trial HP instant ink

HP Envy 6032

Hi,

I bought an HP Envy 6032 with five months free instant ink. However, it hasn't been added to my account and I've been charged for the first month.

Can an HP rep help please?

Hi, I'm also experience this issue. I bought the exact same printer HP Envy 6032 from Currys PC World which was supposed to come with 5 months instant ink free trial. I set the printer up on 18th March 2021 and have signed up for an Instant Ink account. There's only 1 month free trial and not 5. Please can you look into this?

Thank you for getting back to me. Unfortunately I cannot actually see the envelope icon which I understand should be next to the bell icon at the top right hand corner.  Is it possible for you to send it again please? Or am I looking in the wrong place?
