Product: HP Envy 6032

Set up my new printer and enrolled into HP instant Ink but no Free trial offer showing at all. Supposed to be 5 month free trial as advertised on the box and leaflet. Can't find a way to contact HP either. Virtual agent comes with the same standard answer.
