After  paying £4 a month for 2 years and not receiving a cartridge  I spoke for an hour today on the phone to customer services. The App basically  did not fully function on my printer(likely because of ports). In the end I was asked to send more evidence that I needed a cartridge. But I am just sick of the lack of trust. I was informed that some people are willing to take advantage of HP and there was no way for the representative to send me a cartridge without a green light from his supervisor who was not available. My suggestion is that there should be a fair use clause. So after several years a paid up person can just ask for a new cartridge and that be good enough.
