I bought a printer to print school work for my daughter as she is being home schooled due to covid-19. I registered for instant ink on the 11th april and had an email saying a shipment of ink is on its way to me. I now have no ink and dont know what to do. I may have to buy ink cartridges which will defeat the object of signing up to instant ink in the first place. The choice of printer was based on the instant ink program and now I'm just thinking i should have bought a different brand all together. I understand in the current climate things are hard but i have had no communication from hp about my ink and the virtual chat bot is the worst thing i have ever used in customer support. I am in the uk. If someone can get back to me and let me know what is happening. Thank you. Lee

I have a similar problem - no ink sent and nothing on my dashboard to tell me how many pages I have printed. I received an email telling me I was enrolled on 7/4/20 but my dashboard says I am not enrolled. Fortunately I am not out of ink but would like to know when I can expect to be enrolled. Veggievee

Same problem also for me... and more... pages cycle on my account have been started with the original cartridges (included in printer box) installed!
