I have had to spend several hours trying to get ink for my printer as an instant ink customer.

 

1.  Been low on black ink since Sept 2021 (ink never sent)

2. Records say ink sent in July 2021 (never received or wouldn't be here right now)

3. Called in Sept 2021 told ink being sent ~ waited 3 weeks

4.  Can't print anything called again and no record of my call or shipment in Sept.  Promised 3-5 days

5. Two weeks later I get ink AND IT'S THE WRONG INK !!!!!

6. Called yet again and told will ship 3-5 days.  Ask for a mgr to get overnight and credit from plan due  to your (HP) errors. No manager but told I would get call back.  No call back.  I just want the ink I'm paying for and feel HP should overnight to me after dropping the ball so many times.  Also feel I should be credited for the months of service I wasn't getting.

 

In addition my printer is not auto setting to single cartridge printing like it should when you remove a cartridge.  I continue to get error from Windows that printer needs attention.

 

I have Window 11 Home Build 22000.282 (not on your operating system drop down)

I have HP Office Jet 4650
