I’ve paid for instant ink for a year and still no cartridges. I’ve checked my account and it shows shipments, my correct address, but no ink has been received. I also never received my free offer ink. I’ve tried to contact HP but no response. Tried using the virtual assistant, no use whatsoever.Tried all the technical troubleshooting but that hasnt worked either. Should I just cancel my contract and wave goodbye to my money?
