I don't see the free plan on my account. All I see if the 50, 100, 300 etc plans. Any thoughts why is that.

I am trying to send my details but I am getting an error message saying "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later."
Logout of your HP Community page account, refresh the browser and then login again. Now try to send the details via private message.
This should work 🙂
