Signed up with Instant Ink. Waited for a month..no product was delivered. Chatted with HP.. was assured that the product would be expedited via AE. Still no product. After another half hour wasted trying to chat again, I ended up here. My impression is that HP wants to make it as difficult to communicate as possible with its customers. At this point, I'd be happy to just forget the whole thing, but I can't seem to even find a way to do that. Absolutely amazing how impossible ordinary communication is in this age of technology that supposedly provides instant communication.
