At the start of the pandemic we had to increase our ink plan as we are home schooling our two children and naturally using our printer much more.
We were then informed that HP couldn't provide replacement ink cartridges and we're given 3 months free in compensation.
We then had to go and buy new ink cartridges ourselves (amazing how we could find the cartridges quite easily?!).
HP then charged us for going over our alloted number of pages. The incredulous bit is, they charged us for using ink that we had had to purchase.
We cancelled the plan but are being charged, even though we had allegedly 3 months free.
I now want to complain about the awful service but predictably their website has every link other than one to raise a complaint.
How do I complain?
