I purchased this printer because of the promise of 6 months of free ink. I enrolled in the plan on November 17th. Supposedly my ink was shipped that day, yet I am unable to get any tracking numbers. It is now December 7th and I am out of ink and had to buy from another source. I have attempted for days to get further information on where my ink is and can not get ahold of anyone. When I call, I am told I have to have a case number through the online chat. When I go to the online chat, I can't get to anyone. The virtual assistant just kicks me around to the same questions/answers over and over. How do I get my ink?
