No where to update my credit card information

I have been going in circles on the HP web pages and within my account trying to simply update my expired card on file.  After receiving inaccurate instructions from the virtual assistant, I am at a loss.  Why is this task so hard to accomplish, HP?  Is there anyone who knows how to update credit card information?
