Hello

 

I ran out of black ink a some time ago and purchased a new HP 305 ink cartridge from Amazon, as I needed to use the printer. I have included a photo of the cartridges used to show that it is an authentic HP cartridge.

 

However, my Instant Ink dashboard, and the printer itself, is stating that both cartridges, are 'not HP Instant cartridges'. The colour one definitely is as it was sent to me on 22.10.2022 (screen shot attached). Please can somebody from HP contact me to resolve this issue, as the colour cartridge is now depleted, and I need to be sent another.Cartridges currently installedCartridges currently installedShipment of last colour cartridgeShipment of last colour cartridge

I understand that you are having issues with your color ink cartridge.

 

What is the exact issue you are facing?

 

To get this issue sorted, I would need a few details.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
