I recently purchased an HP DeskJet 2755e printerr, I installed the cartridges provided in the box the printer came in (setup cartridges), printed a few pages and everything works well. However, after signing up for Instant Ink and checking my shipment information, it displays the following error on my black cartridge: "Non HP Instant Ink cartridge installed: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels." The cartridge was brand new out of the box that I was provided with and it claims it isn't an HP ink cartridge. What's going on? Thanks.
