As soon as I bought the printer and installed it was saying Non HP Instant Ink cartridge installed. I have a subscription and The company can’t send me black inks cause of that mistake error.

Are you using non-instant ink cartridges?
Kindly share the images of the cartridges you have installed and got an error on.
Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.
