Ok how come HP is saying I received a welcome pack which includes ink and paper. I spoke with a rep and told them I did not receive any ink. In fact I received a message from them saying " due some error in my printing cartridges they will not send ink". Which I was POE'D now they are sending me messages that my printer will not work because I cancelled the BS. HOW DO I GET THEM TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND I DO NOT HAVE ANY OF THEIR INK Period!!
