@Toni25

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let us know the Operating System installed on the device your Printer is connected to.

What is the type/brand of paper being used? Does this only happen with photos? Do you get any error messages?

Thanks 🙂

Hi how do I find out what the printer is connected to ?

It only does it with the 4x6 it will either print half a picture or not at all,

But if I print a a4 picture then it will print it no problem

It used to print lots of 4x6 pictures all the time with the same paper I am currently trying to use I will need to find the name of it

Is it connected to a Computer or phone and which one?

If you try printing on a 4x6 document, are you able to print?

If you're on Windows Computer, try this: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03422222

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
