I am not in the ink program, but I put one of their cartridges in the printer. It would not let me print, so I bought new ones from the store and put them in the printer. I turned it off and then back on. It still will not let me print, and I can not find a phone number to call them! It just says I can't use the cartridge until I am enrolled, but it has the new store cartridges in it. I don't want to be enrolled; I just want my printer back!
