I have been a subscriber to hp instant ink for several years.  I have been paying for subscription, but have not gotten new ink since August 2023.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your HP instant ink account, I am glad to assist you today.
 

We send you HP Instant Ink subscription cartridges when you first sign up. Replacement cartridges are only sent when your printer tells HP you need more ink, and not on a monthly schedule.

 

However if you want to order inks 

 

To order HP Instant Ink  you can: 

 

  1. Go to instantink.com and select Sign up now 
  2. If you have an HP account, select Sign in. If you don't, select Create account and enter your information
