I have purchased my new HP deskjet instant ink with 6 months ink free .
As i am already having the Login id with HPsmart.
when i brought this new printer and logged in with registered username/pwd and tried to setup the printer.
later when i tried to check for the instant ink subscription , it default comments saying you got only 2 months free trail and click the link, I was shocked but still tried to click the link but it ends up nothing just saying registered and closed the windo, now when i tried to check my account to understand how much i am eligible to subscribe , there is no such link seen, i feel cheated and trying to connect to UK HP tech support to resolve this else this product is of no use what there market and they don’t give, am really not happy with HP service.
