Not loading 6 month instant ink trial as promised

Hi, I was promised 6 months trial of instant ink but I don’t see an option when trying to sign up for it in app or the website. I receive email for the same but even clicking on link there doesn’t offer anything at all. Can someone please help? Thank you.
