Not receiving ink in a timely manner

Are you asking out of curiosity, personal irritation with the situation, or concern for the process?

Answer: 

 There are many thousands of subscriptions all over the world - Yes, shipments can be late.

The way it should work: 

The printer notifies the service that ink is needed and a shipment is sent to the address stored in your account.

The ink arrives before you need it (run out of ink).

OR

If you need Ink,

I will ask that your question moved to the Instant Ink board.

AND

Start at the Instant Ink Support site -- Check / read the information about your Ink Shipment.

If you need help, contact Instant Ink Support.

Instant Ink Support contact information is available from within your Instant Ink Account and as  noted below.

What else?

You can \opt to wait here in the Community for an agent to find and respond.

Waiting is not fast - as you know, we are not Instant Ink Support - Waiting does generally work.
