Ive not recieved any fresh ink, am on a plan, was ordered in MAY, saying should have recieved on account, children need printer in order to access school work, as home schooling. anyone else experiencing this. Cant contact online help, cant access virtual assistant as keeps going back to the same thing. Have contacted the Whatsapp aswell to no avail.. Not very good at all..
