All - I am repeatedly receiving the following error message: "Either an ink cartridge is not installed or there is an issue with the installed cartridge. Replace or clean the cartridge to resolve the issue—you will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved."
I have cleaned the cartridge and printer contacts repeatedly, reset the printer, checked for firmware updates, etc. per HP Help Center guidelines, but the error message persists and my Instant Ink account won't send new ink cartridges until this issue is resolved.
