Hello, I can't activate the 3 free months of HP instant ink.

After writing the code the site tell me that the printer is not elegible.

I have tried to change the code more time but the problem remain. Have a solution? Thank you

@Gallyfa I suggest you select the printer series instead of your model name, use this: 

  • HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Series

As your printer series is compatible with HP Instant Ink, once registered, you should be able to claim the 3 free months, if that doesn't work, simply respond to my private message and I'll help you with it from my end,

 

Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it as I've sent out a list of questions and I could provide a better solution once I have the answers:

After a reset to default setting I have enrolled the program instant ink correctly. Thank you at all.
