Officejet Pro 6830 not colour printing properly

The ink is installed and the printer says the levels are all correct but it is printing pink only

Thanks for reply. I followed the steps but no joy. Two points. The Step 2 process shows only magenta and yellow coloured boxes. I replaced the cyan with a new hip cartridge and cleaned print heads but no difference. The alignment setting says alignment unsuccessful. I assume a service is needed. We are based in Ireland. Can you recommend an outlet that would service?

I recommend you contact support and they will assist you with the available service option.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
