Hi,

i've changed my black ink and there is an issue on the display: Officejet Pro 6960 Ink Cartridges Showing Damaged

Can you give me some suggestions, please?

Hi,

What is the exact cartridge number?

Is it a genuine HP ink cartridge?

 

Can you see the same error by installing the old cartridge back, if this is still available?
