Envy 5646 All-in-One-Printer
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have been signed into the Instant Ink service for a couple of years now and received fresh cartridges as required. However this website has decided that my HP Envy 5646 has been offline for the last couple of months and I haven't received any replacement cartridges in this time.

My printer is most definitely connected to the internet and has not given me any error messages.

I've tried switching on / off without success.

The Trouble Shooter tool does not work with iOS computers.

The Virtual Help was a complete waste of time and effort.

I don't wish to cancel the subscription but there is no option to either email or speak to a real person.

I will be grateful for any information that will help me.

Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.

 

If the suggested information can't be found, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
