Help! I started getting  missing or failed printhead  not detected or incorrectly installed  error code  Oxc19a002 for the past  3 weeks now  .I went through all the   troubleshooter  scenarios on the HP  doctor , and did everything .I then received two sets of colored inks from my instant ink program recently  .No black though.I have had the same back for at least 3 years now.It says the e is enough.I then replaced  the colored  inks. Then the same message came up. I think I need  black ink at this point.Do not understand why I got  6 colored inks ( 2 sets  of  colored inks )  and no black. It will not print for me  at all currently  ,despite  all the troubleshooting  things I have now  tried.I do not want to have to buy black ink elsewhere when I have the instant ink program.  Please  advise.Thank you .
