I have been with your company for years, but my profile shows that I am a new member beginning 10/ 2020.   I have never had a problem, but now I am frustrated.  My last two instant ink shipments did not have a tri-colored cartridge.  I only received a black cartridge in each shipment.  I am totally out of the tri-colored ink and cannot finish a cookbook I am creating for my daughter for Christmas.  When looking at my account, it definitely shows that I have no tri-colored ink for my printer.  Where are my tri-colored cartridges.   I attempted to use your Vitual Agent 5 times to no avail.  Please helop.
