I just set up my new printer and registered with Instant Ink. All of the paperwork in the printer box show a free 4 month trial, but when I registered it only gave me 2 months. I tried to contact support through the chat option, but that is not working. I then tried the AI chat and when it couldn't help me it tried to connect me with a person and I got a message that it couldn't connect right now. So this was my third option. I see a lot of people with the same issue, but the only resolution was support telling them to send a private message. So here I am with no solution.
