I've tried every cleaning option available to me nothing works. The print will only print black and Magenta! Its only a couple fo years old and can't have printed more than 1000 pages.
I've installed another cartridge (HP official as I'm on instant ink) but when I try running the cleaning options again I get a pop up saying "HP Instant Ink Enrollment Enabled". it won't allow me to go any further.
It amazes me how companies are allowed to make products that after the short warranty off zero assistance other than a virtual assistant that doesn't actually work. All it says is "I am looking for additional information related to your device" then times out!
I keep seeing suggestions to "Align the Print Cartridges" but when I try to follow the instructions, I find the options not available.
Of course, if I pay a support fee I'm sure they'll answer the phone straight away... feel like I'm being held to ransom.

Hi @SuperMarkT
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing print quality issues with your HP printer wherein it will only print black and Magenta.
Please follow the steps listed below to clean the printhead on the cartridges:
1. Make sure your device is on the same wireless network as your printer.
2. Open HP Smart, and then select your printer, if it is not already selected.
3. Under Tools, click Print Quality Tools.
4. Next to Clean Printhead, click Clean or Clean Printheads.
After the printhead cleaning procedure, the printer prints a Print Quality Diagnostic report.
5. Examine the print quality on the Print Quality Diagnostic report.
If the print quality is acceptable, close the app.
If the print quality is unacceptable, click Second Level Cleaning or Level 2 Cleaning in the app to perform the next level of cleaning.
Let me know if this helps.
Take care and have a nice day.
