Only receiving black instant ink cartridges (x3) when I have run out of colour.

I ran out of coloured instant ink a couple of months ago and since then I have received 2 black cartridges.  My printer has been updated as per the advice on the instant ink virtual help page so this is not the problem.

 

How do I get a coloured cartridge sent to me under my existing package without incurring an additional cost?

 

I have definitely not missed/lost any deliveries.
