HP OfficeJet Pro 8035 All-in-One Printer

I enrolled in Instant Ink when I bought my new HP printer.  Until now, all ink shipments arrived in a timely fashion AND included all four cartridges.  This most recent shipment included only two cartridges instead of the usual four, but my account was debited the same amount of money.  My account dashboard indicates that I don’t need the other two cartridges, so I get it, but why the same cost?  What am I missing?  Thanks.

I understand you need information regarding your Instant Ink Shipment Service. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To answer your question: HP Instant Ink Service is charged based on the pages you print, not the inks. So even if one ink is low only then that particular ink will be shipped and the charges will be the same as per your monthly plan.
