Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I cannot figure out how to open the area where the print cartridges go.  It is a HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 and it just arrived. Only the right side lifts up and the left side does not. HELP!!!
