Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to order an instant ink cartridge without having one in the printer. We bought an HP cartridge from retail because the instant ink wasn't shipped automatically when the previous one ran out of ink.
Now when the printer is online HP doesn't detect the level ink because the cartridge is not instant ink, therefore it doesn't trigger the automatic shipment. The problem is that we don't have the original instant ink cartridge anymore so there is no way of communicating that we need a new cartridge.
How can I order a new one?
