Hello,

I would like to know if it is possible to order an instant ink cartridge without having one in the printer. We bought an HP cartridge from retail because the instant ink wasn't shipped automatically when the previous one ran out of ink.

Now when the printer is online HP doesn't detect the level ink because the cartridge is not instant ink, therefore it doesn't trigger the automatic shipment. 

 

I put the old cartridge back into the printer, but I keep getting a message to put the cartridge that I received in the printer. I was not sent another cartridge. That is why I had to buy one from a retail store. This has been very inconvenient for me. Please help. 

 

How can I order a new one?
