After low ink flag one day, out of ink. Only have two color cartridges in ink box HP sent in February, but need black. HP has no support in any dept. as it’s Saturday in US. No tech support, no instant ink people until two days from now. Virtual agents are a waste. 

Why am I enrolled in “Never be out of Ink” but I’m out of ink for two days now? What’s the Point? 

Why do I have two color cartridges and no black? I once used a black cartridge, but this is royally stupid.

If HP is a big intl company, why doesn’t it have support 24/7 like other companies? 

What a joke of a program! 

So much for ink use being monitored. Can’t get to store either. 

 

Are there any solutions to being out of ink?

Is your printer connected to the internet all the time?

 

If the printer is not connected to the internet all the time the ink status won't get updated and you will have a delay in the ink shipment.

 

“Your Instant Ink account page has data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.  It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP’s data.  Any issues will be shown with steps to fix.  Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at “instantink.com

 

If you have not received the replacement ink cartridges yet. Please share out few details in a private message, so I can check your account details and initiate an order to ship you the replacement ink cartridges at an express shipment.
