I ran out of black ink months ago but the printer and my HP account still show that the levels are OK. How can I set it to accurately measure the amount, so it knows to send more?
In the meantime I bought more cartridges directly from the store. Hopefully they're compatible.
I think my last shipment was over a year ago, it's been so long I don't remember.
